We work with historically under-served communities in the Greater Springfield region by developing a network of worker cooperatives and by supporting community-led initiatives to cultivate cooperatives and collective well-being.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eJob Overview\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a full time senior position based in Springfield and Holyoke, MA. This role will support Wellspring Cooperative’s mission in general with a focus on program work. The Team Member will be part of the Program Team which at present primarily includes the Co-directors. A successful candidate will be able to work both independently and within a collaborative and cooperative environment. Wellspring cooperatives are a diverse set of organizations, so the operational needs of each co-op vary greatly. The Team Member will support these varied operations, as well as provide hiring, training, finance, and technical support as needed.
